Rules

We remind that during check in it is mandatory by law to present a valid ID or passport

Check-in from 4 pm  to 7 pm.
Breakfast from 8 am to 9.30 am.
Check-out by 10 am

As far as possible please respect the check-in, the check-out and breakfast times, observe silence, even in the garden from 10 pm to 7.30 am as the property is located in a residential area.
Smoking is forbidden at the entrance and in the B&B. Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the front balcony as long as the  butts are thrown in the ashtrays.

It is forbidden to turn on fires or consume food in the rooms,  but you can use the breakfast area up to 10 pm  where a fridge , a microwave oven and a kettle are available.
Here you will also find games for your children and a reading corner with guides, maps and photo books.

Super alcohol and drug consumption is forbidden in the entire structure.
In order to guarantee maximum hygiene, dogs are not allowed.
Sweet Saphira lives with us but she is not allowed to get in the B&B areas.
